Jovenes Unidos Participates in Colorado Latino/a Advocacy Day

Jóvenes Unidos participated in this year's Colorado Latino/a Advocacy Day which took place on March 15th at the State Capitol. Members of the Latino community gathered from around the state to discuss, rally and lobby the state legislature on current education, immigration, health care, civil rights and economic justice policies affecting the Latino community. Jovenes members also met with legislators regarding the "Educator Evaluations and Effectiveness" bill.
